Please  inspect your hair and are satisfied before installing, coloring or altering in anyway. 

If the hair has been installed, colored, or altered in any way, we will not accept any exchanges.

We offer a 10-day exchange policy, from the day you received the hair. All

custom orders are final

sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Shipping cost cannot be refunded.
